Das Schlafzimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem Doppelbett, einem großen Kleiderschrank und einer kleinen Sitzecke zum Lesen und Entspannen. Das Zimmer zeigt zum schön ruhigen Hinterhof.Ausreichend Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind auch vorhanden.
Das Wohnzimmer ist durch ein frei stehendes Regal in Wohn- und Essbereich abgetrennt und besitzt auch einen Balkon. Die Küche ist voll augestattet mit Elektroherd, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Toaster und hat einen kleinen Sitzbereich zum gemütlichen Frühstücken.
W-Lan steht zur Verfügung. Auch schnell mal die Wäsche waschen ist dank Waschmaschine kein Problem.
You can rent a beautiful flat in an old building in Neukölln. It has two similar rooms with 25 squaremeters, comfortable kitchen and bathroom with shower.
The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a big closet a cosy corner where you can relax and read a book or just take a nap.The room faces to the quiet backyard.There are enough bedclothes and towels.
The living room is divided by a cupboard into a living and dining space and also has a nice balcony.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker, fridge, water boiler and toaster.
The wireless LAN can be used and also the washing machine in the bathroom.
Man läuft 2 Minuten zum U- oder S-Bahnhof Neukölln. Also perfekte Anbindung in die City. Außerdem befindet sich der Richardkiez um die Ecke und der wunderschöne Körnerpark. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch reichlich. Zum einen Penny der von 8-22 Uhr geöffnet ist und auch real von 8-24 uhr.
Es gibt viele nette Bars und auch einige leckere Restaurants.

In 2 minutes you can reach the public transport that means perfect connection to the city.Besides there is the beautiful Richardkiez around the corner and also the lovely Körnerpark.
There is a huge supermarket nearby which is opened until midnight from monday to saturday and also other shopping possibilities.
You can find very nice bars and restaurants in the neighborhood too.

Bitte geht mit meiner Wohnung und mit den Gegenständen, die in ihr enthalten sind behutsam um. Unter der Woche sollte nach 22 Uhr kein Lärm gemacht werden, der die Nachbarn stören könnte. Ansonsten fühlt euch wie zu Hause, da man das in meiner Wohnung auch sehr gut machen kann.
Ich möchte gerne berufstätige Personen, die bereits mit beiden Beiden im Leben stehen und die Wohnung nicht als Partylocation missbrauchen.
Please take care of my flat and the things that are in. This isn't a party flat, so please don't make too much noise during the week after 10 pm. This is a flat where you can feel like at home.
