Located near the beautiful historical Richardplatz in the Rixdorf Quarter of Neukoelln, this charming Hinterhaus flat provides everything you need for a pleasant stay in Berlin! It has a big living room with integrated kitchen, 1 bedroom, separated bathroom and a balcony as well! The flat is very well connected by public transport, the train stations Sonnenallee, Neukölln and Karl-Marx-Straße can be reached by foot in a few minutes (trains S 41/S 42, U 7, and bus M 41 ).
The apartment is on the 4th floor. It´s spacious and bright with high ceilings, huge windows and original hardwood floors, set in a turn of the century house. The kitchen is provided with a stove, fridge/freezer, a big kitchen table to sit and eat at. In the bathroom you will find a shower with nice hot water and the washing machine. A Wifi-Connection and Linen for the beds and towels are provided.
It is only a 3-stop train ride to the neighborhood of Kreuzberg, famous for its bars, multi-culturality, and big density of artist-residents. The three big parcs Hasenheide, Görlitzer Park and Tempelhof as well as the canal are in peer-to-peer vicinity. Also, getting on the Ringbahn, its only a 5 minute train ride to Friedrichshain, where you find more bars, nightlife and clubs, such as the famous Berghain. The district of Mitte with all the classic Berlin sights can also be accessed fast, its a 20 minute train ride to Alexanderplatz.
By foot :
- 2 minutes to the two big shopping streets Karl-Marx-Str and Sonnenallee
- 1 minute to the nice organic deli/coffeeshop around the corner
- 1 minute to the historical Richardplatz with its oldschool artisan shops and classical German-Style or Italian Restaurants
