I am in the process of moving to this apartment, but I already have a place till the end of September. Since I am quite busy with work, I have no time to make the move right now. So I am offering a room which has everything you need.

There are actually two rooms, the second can also be available for 190, but there is nothing in it at the moment. So pretty much you get the flat to yourself, although I might come by now and then to drop off stuff as I slowly move in.

It is perfect for students waiting for their dorms to open next month or people on vacation, as it is located quite close to the ring bahn.

Da ich in diesen tagen und Wochen sehr viel zu tun habe, und ich bis September in einer anderen Wohung wohnen kann, habe ich keinen Zeit in diesen wohnung ein zu ziehen. Deshalb vermiete ich bis zum 28. September meine Wohnung, die alles habt was man braucht.

Sie hat zwei zimmer, aber die zweite kann auch nur für 190 € vermietet werden, aber es gibt nicht so vieles in diesem Zimmer. Vielleicht werde ich manchmal da sein, da ich langsam meine Sachen da bringen werde.

Perfekt für Studenten, die auf ihre Plätze in einer Studentenwohnheim warten, oder für Leute, die nur eine Reise in Berlin machen, da die Wohnung sehr nah zur Ringbahn ist.
