The recently (15 months ago) completely refurbished apartment is 70 square meters large, which is spread over a bedroom, a spacious living and dining room (connecting room), a new bathroom with shower and a modern kitchen( including stove, oven, fridge, and dishwasher). All rooms feature large, newly renovated windows. There is also a 8qm large chamber, which can be used as a bike storage.
Obwohl man im Herzen des Geschehens von Kreuzkölln lebt, direkt neben der U-Bahn Rathaus Neukölln, ist die Lage der Wohnung wunderbar ruhig und der Innenhof sehr grün. Mit der UBahn ist man in ca 6 Minute am Kottbusser Tor, oder ca 20min beim Alexanderplatz. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 5 Minuten am Kanal beim Wochenmakt, am Tempelhofer Feld oder in der Hasenheide. Die Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten sind super und werden ansonsten nur von dem Angebot an abendlicher Unterhaltung der Gegend überboten.

Though we live in the heart of the action of Kreuzkölln, right next to the subway Rathaus Neukölln, the apartment is wonderfully quiet, facing a nice, green court yard. By subway, you can be at Kottbusser Tor in about 6 minutes, or at Alexanderplatz in about 20 minutes. By bike you can easily get to the canal and Turkish market, to Tempelhof field or Hasenheide, all within 5min. The shopping and dining options are great and are only surpassed by the range of evening entertainment of the area.
