Ich suche eine(n) nette(n) Untermieter(in) oder Paare ab dem 1. Juli. Die genauen Daten könnte man vereinbaren, allerdings mindestens 2 Monate. Die Miete beträgt 450 EUR für Einzelmieter oder 600 für 2 Personen incklusive alle Rechnungen (Strom und Telefon (Telefon + ADSL + Anrufe europaweit). Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, weil die Erlanger für die Durchfahrt von Autos gesperrt ist, liegt aber nahe der Karl-Marx-Str. und die U-Bahn Rathaus Neukölln ist in zwei Minuten zu erreichen. Es gibt sehr viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und mittlerweile auch recht viele Bars auch. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und eingerichtet.

I am subletting my flat for the summer to someone (also couples) who would look after my home. Dates are not fix, but I would like to rent it for a minimum of 2 months, starting from July 1st. The rent is 450 EUR for one person or 600 for 2 people, bills included (electricity and phone. The telephone bill includes ADSL internet, and all calls to landlines in Germany and most European countries). The flat is very quiet because the street is partially closed to car traffic but it still is very close to the main street (Karl-Marx-Str.), and the tube station is only 2 minutes away on foot. There are lots of shops in the area and bars within walking distance. The flat is completely furnished.
