Vermietet wird ein etwa 20 Quadratmeter großes, möbliertes Schlafzimmer mit Sitz- und Arbeitsmöglichkeiten, eine geräumige Küche und ein Bad. (Mein Zimmer mit Sofas und Balkon kann dabei u.U. in der Zeit als Wohnzimmer genutzt werden.) Es ist ausreichend Platz für ein oder zwei Personen.
Due to a trip I'm subletting one of my rooms until September 1st. It's bright and furnished, about 20 square metres, contains enough space to sleep, work and relax. There is also a big kitchen and a tiny bathroom (with tub and washingmachine) included.
Sehr gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (Ringbahn Hermannstraße oder Neukölln, U7 und U8), nur zehn Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Tempelhofer Feld! Zahlreiche gemütliche Cafés, Kneipen und Restaurants in der Nachbarschaft.

In der Zeit kann die Küche voll benutzt werden. Zudem steht eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung. Im Hof lassen sich die Fahrräder problemlos anschließen.Parken ist meistens kein Problem, wenn sich kein Platz direkt vor dem Haus findet, so oft in den umliegenden Seitenstraßen. Schneller W-Lan-Anschluss.
Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine etc. You can leave your bikes in the backyard. Parking your car should be no problem. WiFi available.
