Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (ca. 5 min). Genauso wie die Ringbahn Hermannstr, und die U8-bahn Leinestr; innerhalb von drei Haltstellen befindet ihr euch am Kotti.

We are going to travel in the period in between the 17. and the 25. of August and would like to sublet our fully-furnished and beautiful two-rooms flat in Neukölln, Berlin. The apartment has high speed Wi-Fi. Total price, with no further charges is 300 euro plus a deposit of 300 euro that will be devolved straight at our return. The apartment has three big windows overlooking a quiet green courtyard, helpful and amiable neighbors, and an excellent location very close to the beloved Tempelhof park (8 minutes by walk, 5 by bike). Our flat gets the warming sunshines of the morning both because it is 4th and last level of the building and because the windows are looking east. The closest U-bahn (metro) station (4 minutes by walk) is Leinestr., situated on the U8 line (three stops you are at Kottbussertor). Five minutes walk you can also find the convenient S station Hermannstr. It is ideal for anyone who would like to spend some time in no fancy Berlin neighborhood. Perfect for couples (with or without children), since there is a big double bed and one big and very enjoyable sofa-bed in the living room.
