Große, sonnige helle Zimmer über den dächern von Berlin mit mini Balkon & Blick auf den TV-Turm. Hier geht die Sonne auf & abends kann man den Sonnenuntergang genießen.
Die Wohnung liegt im bunten & alternativen Szene-Kiez am Richardplatz aber trotzdem ruhig, friedlich & verkehrsarm, mit zahlreiche läden, markte und austellungen, bars & nur 50m von S Bahnhof Sonnenallee (Ringbahn) entfernt & unweit vom Kanal.
Wir haben ein großes bad (mit Dusche & Badewanne) & geräumige gemütliche Küche(Spülmaschine,Mikrowelle,Kaffeemaschine,usw.).
Meine 2 herzliche Mitbewohner sind die liebenswürdigsten & zugänglichsten Menschen überhaupt, beide sind arbeitstätig und sporadisch da.
Das Zimmer ist sauber & möbiliert mit alles was man braucht für schöne & angenehme aufenthalt, Doppelbett, gemütliche Sofa, Arbeitstisch, Schrank & Regal platz etc.
Daten sind flexibel nach bedarf
1 Person 22€ pro Übernachtung, 2 Personen 32€ pro Nacht
pro Monat pauschal: 500€

Lovely spacious & sunbathed room above the rooftops of berlin with a mini balcony and a fantastic view of the city and tv-tower. Here you can see the sunrise & enjoy the spectacular sunset on the skyline every evening.
The room is clean & furnished with everything you could need for nice & pleasant stay. Dobble bed, comfy couch, big desk, shelf & closet space etc.
The flat is located in a small peaceful low traffic street in the midst the bustling, colorful, alternative and popular district of Neukölln. There are tons of great shops, supermarkets, exhibtions, bars,cafes & clubs in the immediate area & its only 50meters (within sight of) the S Bahn station "Sonnenallee" where you can catch the Ringbahn or a bus to take you anywhere in Berlin.
We have a big bathroom (with a shower, bathtub,washingmachine etc.) and kitchen (dishwasher,microwave,coffeemachine and anything else one could need).
My two wonderful flatmates are the most warmhearted, delightful, easygoing and agreeable people possible, both have steady jobs and are only occasionally at home.
Dates are flexible according to your need.
22€ per night for one person & 32€ per night for 2 people.
For a whole month 500€ flat/all-inclusive (1person)
