Schöne Zwei-Zimmer Wohnung taageweise zu vermieten. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem ruhigen Teil Neuköllns, 6 Minuten Fußweg zum U Grenzallee und damit eine U-Bahnstation von der Ringbahn entfernt (S+U Neukoelln) oder 3 Minuten Fußweg zur Bushaltestelle und dann zwei Busstopps zum S+U Hermannstr, ebenfalls Ringbahn, daher noch recht zentral. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist eher spartanisch, weshalb der Preis auch niedrig ist. Jedoch ist alles da, was man braucht: große Küche mit genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten, Fernseher mit HD Kabelanschluss, W-LAN, eine große Couch im Wohnzimmer und ein Bett im Schlafzimmer, gefließtes Wannenbad mit Waschmaschine, kleiner französischer Balkon. Preis pro Nacht: 40 Euro. Es können auch zwei Personen die Wohnung mieten, der Preis ändert sich dadurch nicht. Mindestaufenthalt: 2 Nächte, maximal 2 Wochen.

Nice two-room apartment to let on a daily basis. The apartment is in a very quite part of Neukoelln, close to Grenzallee subway station (line U7) and thus just one stop away from the circular railway (S+U Neukoelln) OR you walk on the other direction and take the bus which needs two stops to the circular railway S+U Hermannstr, so still central. The equipment in the apartment is basic which explains the low price. But there is everything you need: a big kitchen with seating facilities, TV with HD cable connection, W-LAN, a big couch and bed (in two seperate rooms), a tiled bathroom with a tub and a washing machine, French balcony. Price per night: 40 Euros, no matter if you are one or two persons, the price per night doesn't change, which is fair I guess. Minimum stay: 2 nights, max. 2 weeks.
