The Space
The flat is located on the 4th floor in the fronthouse, so it is pretty bright and quietly because Emserstr. is a secondary street. There is everything you need and more: a washing machine, soap and fresh towls in the bathroom, a fully equiped kitchen - including things like coffee, many different kinds of teas and cooking basics-, also an old recordplayer (vynils: Elvis, Cat Stevens, John Lennon...) with speakers for your I-pod. Of course there is also free Internet Wifi (The pass stays on the rooter).
Guest Access
The newly renovated apartment has a fitted kitchen with oven, fridge and freezer. A bathroom with shower. One bedroom with balcony, double bed and sofa.
Interaction with Guests
I will be traveling. I'll give the keys to a friend and he'll arrange everything with us.

The Neighborhood
What I appreciate the Neukölln district is the cultural mix, the dynamism, proximity to parks like Tempelhof or Hasenheide, and the number of bars and good value restaurants found throughout the neighborhood.
Getting around
In addition, the apartment has excellent connections to public transport, to take line U8 and S-Bahn stop Hermannstr. just 2 minutes walk.
Other Things to Note
Two bicycles will be provided with respective locks for guests, so they can enjoy walks along the stunning former Tempelhof airport or routes through the city center. The room has a vinyl record player and a variety of music (especially good deal please). Any question, resolve per email.
House Rules
Not allowed to smoke inside the bedroom, just on the kitchen and balcony. Not allowed pets. A good deal with the elements of the house are requested, and once finished hosting, the apartment should be clean and tidy.
