Über den Kiez selber muss wohl nichtmehr viel gesagt werden - ein endloses Angebot an Bars, Café und Restaurants. Super Anbindung da direkt am Hermannplatz, usw. Die Wohnung ist ideal für 1-2 Personen. Es gibt ein ca. 10m2 großes Schlafzimmer, ein geräumiges Wohn-/Arbeitszimmer, sowie eine schöne Wohnküche. Im Preis inbegriffen sind alle Nebenkosten sowie eine Internet Flatrate (+WLAN).

I'm subletting my 2-room apartment on Friedelstraße (Neukölln) between Dec 21 and Jan 11. The apartment is located in trendy Weserkiez and offers tons of bars, cafés and restaurants. It is located close to Hermannplatz and the U7/U8 metro line. The apartment is ideal for 1-2 persons. The price includes all utilities as well as an internet flatrate.
