The old building appartment with wooden floor (about 60sqm) has one bedroom with a double sized bed (you will get sheets that you won't have to bring along), such as a living room, a bathroom with a little bathtube, such as a shower.
The appartment has also a washmashine that you can use, a kitchen with a stofe, oven, and a fridge.
The appartment has a central heating and has Dsl Internet.
In the corridor there is a piano in case you'd want to play on it.
Die Wohnung befindet sich an einer ruhig gelegenen Seitenstraße der Sonnenallee im beliebten multikulturellen Bezirk Neukölln.
Unweit der Weserstrasse, bekannt für ihre vielen Kneipen und Cafes, sowie dem Landwehrkanal, einem kleinen Park, vieler Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Vitalia,Rewe etc.) und Spätis direkt um die Ecke überall.
Öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung sind zum einen die U7 ("Karl Marx Strasse" oder "Rathaus Neukölln"), ca. 7 minuten Fußweg, sowie der Bus an der Sonnenallee, ca. 1 Minute Fußweg.

Close to the Weserstrasse, known for its bars and cafés, such as the landwehrkanal canal, a little park, lots of shopping possibilities for food (Vitalia, Rewe etc.) and kiosks just around the corner everywhere.
The public transportations are on the one hand the u7 ("Karl marx strasse" or "Rathaus Neukölln"), which takes about 7 minutes by foot, such as the bus in the Sonnenallee, that you reach in just 1 minute footway.

Es handelt sich um eine Nichtraucherwohnung.
Es gibt eine Kaution zu bezahlen, die 300€ beträgt, welche zurückerstatt wird, sobald die Wohnung im vorherigen Zustand und nach Schlüsselübergabe zurückgegeben wird.
Es werden sich in der Wohnung keine Tiere befinden. Falls jedoch eine Katzenhaarallergie vorhanden sein sollte, kann ich nicht die Garantie dafür übernehmen, dass die gesamte Wohnung Katzenhaarfrei ist.
