The cozy, big flat I rent out to you is bright, clean, tidy and has a nice little balcony where you can smoke.
You will have two private rooms, a nice big kitchen and a bathroom.
The flat is completely furnished with a lot of love to the detail, equipped naturally also with two double beds.
There is plenty of free parking in the area.
In the area you can find all the amenities you need (groceries, post, bank, dry cleaner) plus shopping possibilities and a burgeoning nightlife and music scene. For a glimse into Neukölln life, search "New York Times Neukölln", there you will find a little piece called "In Berlin, a Creative Wave".
The appartment is located in a very upcoming neighborhood of Berlin called Neukölln. It's on the second floor, facing the green and quiet Neißestr.
The apartment is clean, quiet, and near to Hermannstrasse station. It would take you only 14 minutes to get to Alexanderplatz or to Potsdamer Platz.
In the neighborhood we also have closed down Tempelhofer airport which is now an awesome park to skate and have barbecues or just chill out in the sun.
Also there is the beautiful Körnerpark in baroque style that invites to hang out.
