Zwischenmiete/temporary rent: July 30th - September 3rd 2019

Ich vermiete meine Wohnung in Neukölln (Nähe Rathaus Neukölln) von 30. Juli bis 3. September. Sie hat 42 Quadratmeter, Küche, Flur, Bad, Abstellraum und ein Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, ist voll möbliert und befindet sich im vierten Stock im Hinterhaus. Die Miete beträgt 450 €. Zusätzlich hätte ich gern 300 € Kaution, die Ihr natürlich zurückbekommt, wenn alles in Ordnung ist. Internet ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist ruhig und gut gelegen, sowohl was den öffentlichen Verkehr als auch was die Ausgehmöglichkeiten in Neukölln, Kreuzberg und Friedrichshain anbelangt. Besichtigungen sind ab dem 15. Juli möglich.

I am subletting my flat in Berlin-Neukölln (close to the subway-station Rathaus Neukölln) from July 30th till September 3rd. It is 42 square meters large, has a kitchen, hallway, bath room, storeroom, and a living- and bedroom. It is furnished and located on the fourth floor in the wing of the house. The rent is 450 €. On top of that I want to ask for a deposit of another 300 € that I will repay, of course, if everything is OK. Internet access is available. The flat is quiet and convenient in terms of public transport and the bar- and club-scene of Neukölln, Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain. Flat viewings are possible from July 15th.
