Es ist eine typische Altbauwohnung (saniert!) mit Dielenboden und schönen alten Türen und Fenstern, einem großen Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne, ein zusätzliches Gästeklo, eine voll ausgestattete Wohnküche mit Esstisch für 4 Personen und einem kleinen Balkon zur Straße. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett ausgestattet.
Schreibt mir einfach, wenn ihr Interesse habt bzw. die Wohnung besichtigen möchtet.

The aparment is very large (80 square meters) with heigh ceilings, wooden floors, a fully-equipped kitchen, large bathroom with bathtub and shower, an additional guest toilet, bed room with a queen size bed and a balcony and a living room with a dining table and a large sofa.

Die Wohnung befindet in der Fuldastraße und somit ganz in der Nähe der Weserstraße und des Reuterkiez.
Der Bus M41 fährt fast direkt vor der Haustür ab und zur U7 sind es ca 3 Minuten zu Fuß.
Die Neukölln Arkaden und viele weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker, Cafes, typische Altberliner Eckkneipen, sowie viele verschiedene Szenebars und kleinere Galerien, befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.

The aparment is located in Fuldastrasse - just minutes away from the hip and cool Reuter- and Weserkiez. There are lots of shops and restaurants and cafes in the area.
