The apartment is located on the second floor of a very well-cared for Berliner Altbau. It directly faces Hasenheide Park, which allows for gorgeous, wide open views above the park's treetops. Best of all, there is a balcony overlooking the park. The apartment also includes hardwood floors, a bathtub and a finished kitchen. Hermanplatz is 2 minutes away by foot and Kreuzberg's Bergmannkiez and Kotbusser Tor are very nearby. I am happy to send additional photos per request.
