Zur S-und U-Bahn sind es 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß und dort fährt die Ringbahn, also super praktisch!
Netto, Kaisers, DM, Bankautomat, Backshop und noch ein paar andere sind auch direkt da (also 3 Minuten entfernt) und Lidl ist in die andere Richtung ebenfalls nur 4 Minuten zu Fuß.

Zum Tempelhofer Park sind es 5 Minuten!

Diverse coole Cafés und Bars sind ebenfalls in 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen. Neukölln ist ja bekanntlich mittlerweile ein ziemlich cooler Kiez ;)

Falafel, Döner und Pizza gibts unzählige in einer Minute Entfernung, ebenso wie Spätis (z.B. genau gegenüber).
Also wirklich ALLES in der Nähe!

To the S-Bahn and U-Bahn (metro, subway) it's a 2-3 minutes walk and from there the Ringbahn is going, super practical!
Netto, Kaisers (both supermarkets), DM (drugstore), an ATM, Backshop (bakery) and a lot of other stores are also right there at the S/U-Bahn. And Lidl (another supermarket) is also only a few minutes walk away (4 minutes to the other direction).

Tempelhofer Park is only 5 minutes away!

Various cool cafés and bars can also be reached in 5-10 minutes. Neukölln is, as you know, a pretty cool neighborhood;)

Countless places to get falafel, kebab and pizza can be found at a minute distance, as are Spätis (little stores), e.g. one right across the street.

Everything is really close to this apartment!

Unsere Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet mit allem was das Herz begehrt: Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Backofen mit Ceranfeld und Abzugshaube und und und
Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe usw. ist natürlich auch vorhanden.
Doch damit nicht genug! ;-) Du kannst während du hier wohnt auch gerne jederzeit unser Fahrrad benutzen!

Küche und Bad liegen zur Straße hin, können aber durch Jalousinen blickdicht verschlossen werden. Bei geschlossenem Fenster ist es dort ruhig und auch bei offenem ist es absolut OK, man ist halt mitten drin in Neukölln :-)

Neben einem eigenen Kellerraum gibt es einen extra Fahrradkeller und am Ende des Flures haben wir auch noch einen kleinen Abstellraum direkt in der Wohnung, wo z.B. der Staubsauger steht.

Ja... und der Garten, dazu muss man nicht viel sagen. Wer hat schon nen Garten mitten in Berlin?! DU bald :-)
WIr haben dort die letzten Jahre immer Erdbeeren, Salat, Paprika und diversen Kräutern angebaut, dafür werden 3 Monate wohl nicht reichen, aber das kannst du dann ja selber schauen, was du damit machst...
Es gibt in unserem Garten, aber auch noch eine super gemütliche Hängematte und auf der Terasse (wo auch ein großer Esstisch und Stühle stehen) steht ein Grill :-) Das alles könnt ihr natürlich auch nutzen!
Neben diesem privaten Garten nur für uns, gibt es hinter der Hecke noch einen ziemlich großen Gemeinschaftsgarten, mit Bäumen, Spielplatz und genügend Platz für sonstige Spiele :-)
Daher ist es in unserem privaten Garten sehr schön, da er halt an einen weiteren "Garten" angrenzt.

Die Wohnung ist WG geeignet, aber wir wollen nur maximal 2 Mieter, damit wir mit den Nebenkosten auch hinkommen!

Über die Höhe der Kaution lässt sich reden.

Our kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything your heart desires: dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, oven with ceramic hob and hood and and and
Crockery, cutlery, pots etc. are also available.
But not enough! ;-) You can also use our bike while you live here!

Kitchen and bathroom are facing the street, but can be sealed by blinds. When the windows are closed it's quiet and also with when they're open it is absolutely OK, one is just in the middle of Neukölln :-)

In addition to a separate cellar there is an extra bike storage room and at the end of the hall we also have a small storage room directly in the apartment where e.g. the vacuum cleaner stands.

Yes ... and the garden, there's not much to say about. Who has a garden in the middle of Berlin?! You soon ;)
We have strawberries, lettuce, peppers and various herbs grown there, but 3 months would probably not be enough to do gardening, but you'll see ... There is also a super cozy hammock in the garden and on the terrace stands a grill, a large dining table and chairs :-) Of course, you can use all this stuff!
Beside this private garden only for us/you, there is a quite large community garden behind our hedge, with trees, a playground and enough space for other games :-)
Therefore, it is very nice in our private garden, as it is adjacent to another "garden".

The apartment is suitable for a flat share, but we only want a maximum of two tenants, so that we'll be fine with the costs!

The amount of the deposit can be talked about.
