Wir möchten unsere 2-Zimmer-Wohnung gegen ZWEI 1-Zimmer-Wohnungen tauschen. Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im 3. OG. Schlafzimmer blickt zum Hof (nördlich), Wohnzimmer mit großem Balkon zur Straße (südlich). Eine ganz schöne Wohnung toll positioniert aber aus persönlichen Gründen nicht mehr von uns bewohnbar. Sie ist perfekt für einen Single- oder Pärchenhaushalt. Im Idealfall würden wir zwei Nachmieter_innen finden, die die Küche und ein paar andere Kleinigkeiten übernehmen (Beleuchtung, Wandfarbe, usw.).

We would like to offer our two-room apartment in exchange for TWO one-room apartments. The apartment is on the 3rd floor. Bedroom faces the courtyard to the north, living room with large balcony faces the street to the south. A beautiful apartment in a great location, but no longer livable for us due to personal reasons. Perfect for a single or a couple. Ideally we would find someone who would also take the kitchen as is, as well as a few other small fixtures (lighting, wall coloring, etc.).
ÖPNV (S- und U-Neukölln) und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Haustür. Eine Vielzahl von Bars, Restaurants und Cafes gibt es auch in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Public transportation (S- and U-Bahn Neukölln) as well as supermarkets are right out the door. There are several bars, restaurants and cafes in the direct vicinity.
Dafür suchen zwei zwei kleinere Wohnungen. Am allerliebsten würden sie in Neukölln/Kreuzberg/Mitte sein. Im Idealfall werden die Übernahme im August oder September stattfinden. Alles kann aber noch diskutiert werden.

In exchange we am looking for two smaller apartments. Most preferably they would be in Neukölln/Kreuzberg/Mitte. Ideally the exchange would happen in August or September. Everything can be discussed in further detail.
