Schöne Zwei-Zimmerwonhung für Paar oder Single in Neukölln

The flat is located at Nansenstrasse corner Pflügerstrasse in Neukölln in a very hip neighboorhood. The street is very quiet with many green trees and numerous nice cafés, restaurants and bars around. The closest metro station is U Schönleinstraße (U8) and U Hermannplatz (U7 and U8).

The flat itself is about 50 m2, located on the third floor, lots of windows and light, directing to the east. It has a big living room, a sleeping room, a small kitchen, bathroom and an extra very small room to put everything you don't want to see everyday like vacumizer etc.

It is beautifully furnished and I care a lot about these pieces so I only want to rent to people who are willing to treat it nicely. The bed is for two people and comfortable. There is a little window you can open to the kitchen so if you want to you can make coffee in the morning and give it directly to your partner in bed :)

Important point: There is no internet so far. Feel free to organize it, I'm happy to help. If you ask nicely I'm sure a neighboor wil also be willing to help out too.

The flat is available from now on and should cost about 800 Euro per month. I would like to rent out for at least three months (we can talk about that) and there will be a deposit of 500 Euros.

Ich habe eine sehr schön möblierte Wohnung in der Nansenstraße im südlichen Neukölln (U Hermannplatz oder U Schönleinstraße) zu vermieten, die ab sofort für einige Monate frei wäre.

Die Wohnung ist ca 50 m2 groß, im dritten Stock eines Altbaus gelegen und sehr hell mit vielen Fenstern. Sie ist schön möbliert mit Stücken, die mir wichtig sind, weshalb ich zuverlässige und sorgsame Untermieter suche. Es gibt ein großes Ess- und Wohnzimmer, von dem ein kleines Schlafzimmer (ohne Tür) abgeht, in dem ein 1,40er Bett steht. Außerdem gibt es noch eine kleine Küche, mit einer Durchreiche zum Schlafzimmer. Man kann also morgens Café kochen und ihn durch das kleine Fenster seinem Partner ins Bett reichen.. Dann gibt es natürlich nohc ein Badezimmer und eine kleine Abstellkammer.

Die Nansenstraße liegt nahe des Kanals mit Markt, Cafés und vielen Bars und Restaurants - trotzdem ist die Straße sehr ruhig und grün.

Wichtiger Punkt: es gibt bisher kein Internet. Wenn man nett fragt, bin ich mir aber sicher, dass der eine oder andere Nachbar gerne aushelfen wird.

Die Wohnung sollte ca 800 Euro im Monat warm kosten und ich würde gerne für mindestens drei Monate am Stück vermieten (darüber lässt sich aber reden) und es gibt eine Kaution von 500 Euro.

Bei Interesse kann ich die Wohnung auch gerne in live vorführen.
