Ich werde im Oktober für knapp 3 Wochen unterwegs sein und miete solange meine gemütliche 2-Zimer-Wohnung unter.
Die Wohnung hat 2 große helle Zimmer und einen wunderschön sonnigen Balkon.
Sie ist mit allem, was man braucht ausgestattet (ausser Waschmaschine). Wenn ihr möchtet, kann ich euch auch mein Fahrrad zur Verfügung stellen. Die Miete ist 500 € (inkl. Nebenkosten und WLan), die Kaution ebenfalls 500 €.
Sie liegt in ruhiger Lage in Alt-Treptow, gleich am Schifffahrtskanal mit kurzen Wegen nach Neukölln und Kreuzberg.
Es gibt gleich um die Ecke eine Busverbindung zur U-Bahn Hermannplatz bzw. S-Bahn Treptower Park. Die U7 Rathaus Neukölln, U8 Hermannplatz bzw. Schönleinstr. sind mit dem Rad 5-10 min. entfernt. Und am Alex ist man in 20 Min.
Gleich um die Ecke gibt's einen Edeka, LPG und Biocompany sind auch nur einen Katzensprung entfernt.
Bitte schreibt mir etwas über euch, mir liegt meine Wohnung sehr am Herzen und würde mich freuen, wenn sie 1-2 nette Personen in meiner Anwesenheit beherbergen könnte.

I'll be subletting my flat with 2 big and beautiful rooms and a sunny balcony as I'll be traveling. The flat is well equipped (but for a washing machine) and if you need a bike, I could borrow you mine for getting around. The rent is 500 € (including extra charges, WiFi), with a deposit of 500 €.
It is located in quiet Alt-Treptow, right beside the canal and close to neighbouring Neukölln and Kreuzberg. There's a bus stop in front of the house bringing you to U-Bahn Hermannplatz and S-Bahn Treptower Park.
U7 Rathaus Neukölln and U8 Hermannplatz/Schönleinstr. are only about 5-10 Min. away by bike. Alexanderplatz about 20 min.
Just around the corner you'll find an Edeka supermarket and for eco friendly shopping there's LPG and Biocompany just a stone's throw away.
Write something about you, I'd love to host someone (1-2 persons) nice in my lovely flat.
