Die Wohnung liegt im sehr beliebten und belebten Stadtteil Neukölln, dessen Zentrum die Weserstraße ist.

- Parks wie die Hasenheide oder das Tempelhofer Flugfeld sind in nächster Nähe.
- Die Busline M41 (Hbf) und weitere Linien sind 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
- Die U7 (Rathaus Neukölln) und die U8 (Hermannplatz) sind in nächster Nähe sowie die Ringbahn (S-Bahn Sonnenallee).
