Wir bieten für die Zeit unseres Urlaubs unsere Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete an. Sie ist ideal für ein Paar, aber auch als WG nutzbar: Es gibt ein Schlaf-/Wohnzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein kleineres Arbeits- und Schlafzimmer mit einem Single-Bett. Außerdem gibt es eine sehr bequeme hochwertige Falt-Matratze, sodass ein extra Schlafplatz geschaffen werden kann. Unser kleiner Balkon (2 Stühle, ein kleiner Tisch) hat direkte Sonne bis ungefähr 16 Uhr und liegt schön sichtgeschützt im Laubdach eines Baumes.
We offer our apartment for the time of our vacation. It's perfect for a couple but also suitable for sharing as friends. We hava e double bed and a single bed and an extra matrace.

Die Lage ist perfekt - nächste U- Bahn- Station ist U7 Rathaus Neukölln, nächste S-Bahn- Station ist Treptower Park. Trotzdem die Wohnung im Herzen Neukölln liegt, ist die Lage ruhig und grün. Es gibt alles in der nächsten Umgebung, das man zum Überleben und Erleben braucht: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés, Bars, Park, Kanal und Yoga-Studio.
