Wohnung in Top-Lage

I will be travelling and would like to rent out my place during that time. The apartment is completely furnished and has everything you need (including Wifi, of course). There is a big living room and a smaller bedroom. The sofa is actually a sleeping couch, so that in theory you have two big beds and hence space for up to four people. You could also use both rooms as a shared flat during that time. The living room's window is facing the front street (ground floor), but the street is quiet.

The place is definitely the perfect spot to explore Neukölln and the rest of the city.

Da ich unterwegs bin, biete ich meine Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete an. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. Sie verfügt über ein großes Wohnzimmer und ein kleines Schlafzimmer. Die Couch ist eine Schlafcouch, theoretisch gibt es also zwei große Betten und Platz für vier Leute. Allerdings ist das Wohnzimmer mit Fenster zu Straße raus. Die Straße ist unbefahren, mit Blick auf den Park, aber da im EG gelegen, können Passanten bei offenen Vorhängen reingucken. Ansonsten bietet die Wohnung alles, was man braucht, und ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt, um Neukölln und den Rest der Stadt zu erkunden.
