The apartment is a 50sqm space on the second floor of a classic Berlin building (vorderhaus). It is bright, clean and modern with a lovely bay window that faces the street and gets lots of light during the day. The flat is fully furnished, with everything you need and the bathroom has a nice, big bathtub, towels can be provided if necessary.
The bedroom is separate to the living room and is a cosy haven featuring a 140 x 200cm bed and 'block-out' blinds in the windows for sleeping in after the sun comes up. ;)
I am looking for a clean and respectful person to sub-let my place while I leave Berlin for a month (no pets/smoking). PM if interested and I can show you the flat!
