wir lösen unsere WG auf und möchten unsere geräumige 8 Raum Wohnung mit 3 Bädern und großer Küche gern gegen zwei 2-Raumwohnungen tauschen. Da wir auch aus dem Mietvertrag raus wollen kann dieser problemlos übernommen werden. Die Wohnung kostet mit Strom, Internet und allem drum und dran rund 1800€ und befindet sich direkt gegenüber der Hasenheide.
Wir würden gern im Schillerkiez bleiben, muss aber nicht. Eine der zwei Wohnungen sollte nicht mehr als 500€ warm kosten, die andere nicht mehr als 650€ warm.
Tauschen macht Spass! :)

we want to swap our 8-room appartment (very close to hasenheide and tempelhofer feld) against two 2-room appartments close by. Our appartment has a big kitchen and 3 bathrooms. The rent included internet and electricity is about 1800€.
One of the 2-room appartments should not cost more than 500€ all included the other one not more than 650€.
