The room I will be renting out is a bit bigger than 15m2. It is on the quiet side of the apartment facing the inner courtyard. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen. You will be living with me and 2 cats. So preferably having experience living with cats and no allergies is a must!
The room will be empty apart from 1 Ikea KALLAX (google it). Currenty it isn't empty, but by the time you move in it will be. So you can use it just as you want. There is a tv/cable connection and a high speed wi-fi/lan connection. The ceiling is 3.8m high(altbau), so you could put in a 'high sleeper' to utilize the full space if necessary.
My apartment is about an 8 min walk from S+U Hermannstr. Only 2 S-bahn stops away from Südkreuz. It is extremely convenient to get around Berlin. There is also a bus stop 'Eschersheimerstr.' right next to the building. There is an Aldi at the front door of the building and a Lidl at about 6 mins walk. DM, REWE and other stores are at Hermannstr. Also Tempelhofer Feld is just down the street at 600m away. Ideally if you enjoy being active!

I am 26 years old and I have been living in Berlin for about 1.5 years now. I work 40 hours a week. I am outgoing, but I can also enjoy staying in and watching movies etc. Being active is very important to me. That is why I get up around 5 am during the week to go running. I love food, music (I really do not mind you playing music), culture, longboarding and just having a good time. I'm happy when you are happy and I will do my best to make you enjoy your new place.
