Hallo,
diese sehr helle 2 Zimmerwohnung wird zum 1.09.2017 frei. 2 große Zimmer, EBK, geräumige Loggia und kleiner Essecke am Ende der Küche seien hier besonders hervorgehoben. Da die Wohnung im Hinterhaus liegt bekommt man vom Trubel der Hauptstraßen überhaupt nichts mit. Beim Wohnzimmer handelt es sich um ein Durchgangszimmer. Daher ist die Wohnung nicht als WG geeignet.
Waren hier über 2 Jahre sehr zufrieden, verlassen nun aber leider Berlin aus beruflichen Gründen und suchen daher schon zeitnah einen Nachmieter.

Hi,
This beautiful 2 room apartment is free as of the first of September. A modern kitchen and a nice loggia with excellent view are included. You have to go through the living room to access the bathroom and the bedroom. Therefore the apartment is not really suited as a shared flat. The apartment is facing a big backyard and consequently the noise from the main street is not noticeable.

Am Besten ist allerdings die Lage. 1 Minute Fussweg zur Ubahn, 2 Minuten Fussweg zum Schillerkiez, 7 Min Fussweg zum Tempelhofer Feld und 10 Minuten zur beliebten Weserstraße. Mit vielen herrvoragenden Restaurants und Bars inklusive.

Generally, the apartment is very well located. 1 min walking distance to an U-Bahn station, 2 minutes to the Schillerkiez, 7 min to the Tempelhofer Feld and 10 min to the culinary and nightlife hotspot Weserstraße.
