Hochwertig möblierte 3–Zimmer Wohnung

Da ich beruflich im Ausland bin und meine Wohnung nicht ungenutzt lassen möchte, suche ich Mieter für meine hochwertige Wohnung in der Hermannstraße. Die Wohnung wurde von mir gemeinsam mit einer Architektin 2013 komplett saniert und eingerichtet.
Aus dem Wohnraum mit Küche hat man Blick auf das Tempelhofer Feld und durch die Ost–Westausrichtung wird die Wohnung vom Licht durchflutet. Dank Schallschutzfenster – früher sind landende Flugzeuge knapp über dem Haus hinwegeflogen – bleibt der Lärm der Stadt draußen.
Die Wohnung hat drei Zimmer: ein großes Schlafzimmer, ein kleines Schlafzimmer und eine Wohnküche. Außerdem eine begehbare Garderobe.

Wichtig: Ich vermiete lediglich das große Schlafzimmer, das kleine will ich weiterhin nutzen, wenn ich zu Besuch bin in Berlin. Das ist etwa 1 Wochenende pro Quartal der Fall und ich würde meinen Besuch rechtzeitig (etwa 1 Monat) im Voraus ankündigen.

Zwischen 4. und 8. September bin ich in Berlin und kann Besichtigungen anbieten.

I’m working abroad till end of 2018 therefore I want to rent out my apartment in Hermannstraße. I have completely renovated and furnished the apartment together with an architect in 2013.
From the living room/kitchen area you have a nice view of the Tempelhofer Feld and thanks to the East/West orientation the rooms get a lot of light. The flat has special soundproof windows – in the past airplanes landing in Tempelhof would be flying right above the house – now they keep the city noise out.
The flat has three rooms: a big bedroom, a smaller bedroom and the living room/kitchen. There is also a walk–in wardrobe.

Important: I am only renting out the big bed room as I want to reserve the small one for my visits to Berlin. I plan to visit a weekend per quarter max. And I will let you know well in advance (about 1 month).

I will be in Berlin between September 4th and 8th and will make time for people interested in the apartment.
