A 67m2 1st floor apartment in the great Kreuzkolln neighbourhood for 10 days. Large living room with sunny balcony, equipped kitchen, comfortable and quiet bedroom with a large double bed.
We are just covering rent for this time. Lots of bars, cafes, markets and shops close by as the canal is at the end of the road and on the other side is Wesertrasse. A great base for exploring the rest of the city.
The flat comes with a double sofa bed that is new. Guests are welcome a 20euros fee per head per night is additional to cover the extra running costs.
Very fast internet in case you need to do some work. The flat has windows with view and balcony on the street in the living room. The windows in the bathroom/ kitchen and bedroom lead onto the quiet and green Hinterhaus. We get natural direct light from both sides of the flat throughout the day.
As part of your stay you would be cat sitting Luc the exotic short hair. He needs feeding once a day and appreciates a bit of contact now and then.

5 minutes walk from Hermanplatz/ U-Bhf Schönleinstraße/ amd Sonnenallee.
The Turkish market happens on Maybachschufer twice a week, a treat to get your fruits and veg fresh whilst walking by the water.
