Wir haben ein großes Wohnzimmer, ein Arbeitszimmer mit extra Bett,ein Schlafzimmer (zum Hinterhof) mit Doppelbett, eine sehr gut ausgestattet Küche und ein Bad mit Badewanne und einen schönen Balkon.
Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, tolle Orte zum Spazieren gehen ( z.B. Körnerpark, Comeniusgarten), Cafés / Bars / Restaurants und eine supertolle Bäckerei um die Ecke!
Gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (Ringbahn, U7, Busse, direkte Verbindung zum Flughafen).
Gesamtmiete sind monatlich 1600 Euro,
Kaution nach Absprache.

We rent our cosy and beautiful 3-room apartment ( 70 m2) for 04.07.2023-15.08.2023.
There is a big living room,an extra room for working with a extra bed,a bedroom with a double-bed , a well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub.
And a very nice balcony ;).
It is located in Neukölln, close to beautiful Richardplatz and Böhmischer Platz, with good shopping facilities, nice little gardens and cafés and bars and restaurants as well as an amazing bakery- around the corner :).
Good access to public transport ( U7, Ringbahn, busses, direct line to airport).
Rent is 1600€ monthly and caution according to agreement.
