Spacious and bright 4-room apt. in Kreuzkoelln

Located just a few steps from the gorgeous Neukoelln/Kreuzberg canal we offer our light-flooded, spacious 4-room apartment on the 5th floor (with elevator).

Two bedrooms (one master bedroom, one with a super comfortable day bed - our guests love it!), one kids' room with baby bed (room can be converted into a third bedroom with a super luxury king sized air bed) and two bathrooms. Also: two balconies both south and west facing (one with a big, cosy couch) with a great view over Berlin — you can even see the famous TV tower.

Perfect for two couples and suitable for little children – with a large open plan living room/kitchen area including a big table for six people, a big couch, an awesome hifi equipment and a video projector, our apartment offers you not only the perfect place to stay but also to start for several city tours: a 4-minute walk takes you to U Schoenleinstrasse (U8) from where you reach Alexanderplatz in about 10 minutes, U Hermannplatz is about a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Our area is worth exploring as well: several small designer clothing stores, great places to eat and typical Neukoelln/Kreuzberg bars as well as the famous market right by the canal two times a week make it easy to feel right at home.

The apartment is very new, it was completed in April 2017. All amenities are therefore without any flaws and the vibe is so wonderful. :) Despite the central location of Kreuzkoelln (right at the boarder of Kreuzberg and Neukoelln) the apartment is very quiet on the 5th floor.
