Ich wohne seit drei Jahren in einer Wohngemeinschaft in dieser Wohnung. Zum Sommer wollen meine Mitbewohner und ich ausziehen und da ich nun lieber alleine leben würde, bin ich auf der Suche nach einer ein bis zwei Zimmer Wohnung am oder innerhalb des Rings. Vielleicht finde ich ja hier jemanden, der eine größere Wohnung braucht und daher mit mir tauschen würde?
Die Wohnung ist eine schöne Altbau Wohnung im 1. Stock mit einem Bad und einer kleinen Küche. Die Zimmer sind WG-geeignet und erprobt. Es gibt zwei große Zimmer a 20qm und zwei kleine a 11qm.
Die Lage ist in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Ring. In der Nachbarschaft befinden sich Penny, Lidl, Reichelt, Netto, Kaisers, alles was man so braucht. Fußläufig zur S- und U-Bahn Station Hermannstraße (U8 und Ring) und zum U-Bahnhof Grenzallee (U7).
