Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete im Herzen von Neukölln

we are looking for nice, trustworthy people to stay in our place from 21. june till august 1. We will rent 2 of our 3 rooms. We won't be staying in the 3. room but will put our personal things there so this room can't be rented or used. Part of the apartment is also our big kitchen and big bathroom.(Total Space to rent is around 85sqm)

The 2 rooms for rent are connected by a door. One of the rooms is used as a living room the second has a desk and a 1,40x2,00m bed as well as a balcony (for smokers). This set up makes it ideal for couples. Couples with babies/children are also welcome. Unfortunately dogs and other animals are not allowed in the apartment. However the apartment is also "WG-Geeignet" and we could provide a matress for the living room.
We have a few plants that need to be watered once a week/month so please consider this when applying for the rooms.

Weichselstraße is part of the popular and international Reuterkiez. There are several bars, restaurants, parks, the Maybachufer, playgrounds etc. close by. There are several options for public transport. (U7,U8, 194,M41, M49, 104 and so on) Every tuesday and friday there is the Maybachufer Market it is a 10-15minutes walk from our apartment.

We would make a contract with you for your and our safety. For this we need a copy of your passport/ID and we will require a signature.

The price for the 5+ weeks is 1280€ and the bail is 450€.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment but the balcony can be used.
