Liebe Wohnungssuchende,
wir vermieten unsere teil möblierte 2-Zimmer Wohnung. Das Wohnzimmer hat einen Balkon, ist ca. 15qm groß und ist mit einem Sofa mit integriertem Bett ausgestattet. Küche, Bad und Flur sind ebenfalls voll möbliert. Das Schlafzimmer ist ca 20 qm groß und verfügt über ein riesiges Bett, eine Kommode und einen Schrank. Daher eignet sich die Wohnung als WG.
Die Wohnung ist in einem guten Zustand, es gibt kleinere Mängel an den Tapeten im Wohnzimmer und der Küche.
Die Miete beträgt 250€ pro Woche, also 1.250€ für 5 Wochen warm inkl. GEZ, Strom, Internet, Wasser etc.
Die Fotos sind nicht ganz aktuell - die ganzen Sachen und einige Möbel werden aus den Zimmern entfernt.

Dear apartment seekers,
we rent our partially furnished 2-room apartment. The living room has a balcony, is about 15sqm and is equipped with a sofa with integrated bed. Kitchen, bathroom and hallway are also fully furnished. The bedroom is about 20sqm and has a huge bed, dresser and wardrobe. Therefore, the apartment is suitable as a shared apartment.
The apartment is in good condition, there are minor defects in the wallpaper in the living room and kitchen.
The rent is 250€ per week, so 1,250€ for 5 weeks warm incl. GEZ, electricity, internet, water etc.
The photos are not quite up to date - all the stuff and some furniture will be removed from the rooms.

Die Lage ist der Knaller - 1 Min zum Tempelhofer Feld, am Ende einer ruhigen Straße und trotzdem mitten im Schillerkiez. Man braucht 6 Minuten zur U8, mit der man in einer Haltestelle zur Hermannstraße kommt, oder in zweien zur Hermannplatz. Ist also super angebunden.
The location is amazing: 1 minute to the Tempelhofer Feld, at the end of a calm street and still right in the hearth of Schillerkiez with lots of bars, restaurants, cafés and shops. It is 6 minutes by walking to the metro station U8 (city center direction) which connects to the ring (Hermannstraße).
Das Zimmer steht euch jederzeit zur Verfügung (ihr bekommt den Schlüssel für das Zimmer), allerdings wäre es cool, wenn wir eine PendlerIn als MieterIn finden würden, die selbst einen anderen Hauptwohnsitz haben.
The room is available to you at any time (you will be given the key to the room), however it would be cool if we could find a commuter tenant who has another primary residence themselves.
