I’m subletting my cozy 2-room appartment for two weeks. The appartment is reconstructed and so in a very good state. It has a bed- and a livingroom, a bathroom with tub and window and a big kitchen bright and suitable to have long evenings with a glas of wine. There is also a balcony for smokers.
It is a non-smoking apartment and my neighbor is a lovely granny so it’s not possible to have a party in here.
The appartment is very quiet even it is situated just around the corner from Paul-Lincke and Maybachufer, the trendy place in Kreuzkölln! In my street you can go to the movies, eat the best sushi or just have a couple of drinks in small bars. To have it more quiet, you can choose between Görlitzer Park, Hasenheide and Tempelhofer Feld. Believe me - it’s a beautiful area to hang out and get to know Berlin!
Herman Platz, the center of Neukölln, is only a five minutes walk away. From there the public transport brings you to the city center and Friedrichshain with it’s famous clubs in max 15 minutes. I will also make my bike available so you can cycle around, which is the nicest option.
