• Bright and quiet bohemian style 50m2 flat with wooded floor
• Fully furnished and equipped
• Huge south balcony (incl. BBQ, fancy a BBQ in January :P ? )
• 2nd floor of a house with 3 stories
• The flat can host 4 people: big 1,80m bed in the bed room, sleeping couch for 2 in the living room
• Bath room with bathtub and window
• no pets pls (I got allergies), no constant parties (my neighbours should still like me, when I am back :P )
• smoking on the balcony allowed
• You can use my bike for free (extra deposit) or bring your own and park it in the cellar
• 4-6 days 45€ a day/ 313€ for 7 days + 43€ a day for every additional day
• deposit to be negotiated
• 30€ final cleaning
The house is located in a quiet and green area close to the famous Schillerkiez and the huge, shut down airport “Tempelhofer Flugfeld” (walking distance 10 mins). This neighbourhood (Kiez) has loads of hip restaurants, galleries, bars, cafes and all kinds of shopping and is well-known for its night life. The Tempelhofer Flugfeld is great for recreational purposes even in the winter and you can meet loads of people especially at the weekend.

• S & U- Bhf Hermannstraße - 10 mins
• located in the “Drive Now” und “Car2go” zone
