I am going to be traveling for 5-6 weeks and am subletting my beloved 2-room apartment in Neukölln.
It will be available from the 18th of March until the 22nd of April and potentially a few days more (still planning the end of the trip).

Flat:
The apartment is fully furnished and is ideal for singles, couples or friends. It is 60m2 divided into :
- A major living area with rooftop terrace, couch+TV, dinner table (also well suited for working)
- A bedroom with double bed
- A bathroom with bathtub
- A kitchen with some space to chill/eat.
There is another Mattress in the Living room and the couch also has a lot of space if you have friends over.

Location:
The flat is located in Mainzer Str in Neukölln. 3 min from U Bhf Boddinstr (U8), 6 min from Rathaus Neukölln (U7) and several buses. There are Rewe, Netto, Lidl, Kaufland, and 2 Turkish supermarkets all in 5 min walking distance. The Tempelhofer Feld is only 10 min by foot which is a major plus as well as Schillerkiez. In the area there are countless nice cafes and bars like Isla Cafe, Wilke, Two Planets, Twin Pigs, Villa Neukölln and many more.

Special:
The living room is directed towards the south west which leads to the flat being very sunny (if there is sun hehe) and an amazing view of the sundown every evening from the terrace.

Price:
I am renting out the flat for 900€/month and charging a deposit of 500€.
