Die Wohnung ist gerade frisch saniert worden, 75qm, 2 grosse Zimmer(ein Wohn- und Esszimmer mit Balkon und ein Schlafzimmer), Dielen, super hell, .. ideal für Pärchen!
Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen.
In nicht mal 5min. bist du zu Fuss am S/U-Bahnhof Hermannstr., zum S/U-Bahnhof Neukölln sind es 10min. Die Ringbahn und die U8 bringen dich überall gut hin! :)
Auf der Hermannstr. findest du alles, was du brauchst. Rewe, Lidl, dm, Rossmann, aber auch coole Cafes und Restaurants findest du unweit! :)
Ich würde gerne jemanden in meiner kleinen Oase wohnen haben, der ruhig, sauber und verantwortungsbewusst ist, gerne Pärchen...
Bitte denk dran: Die Wohnung wird nur für einen Monat zur Zwischenmiete angeboten. (ca. vom 5.April 2019- 5.Mai 2019)
