It is a 85 m2 ground floor apartment with private garden(25m2), two equally sized bedrooms (one with douple bed the other with sofa that turns to double bed) and one living room. Access to the garden from the living room and from one of the two bedrooms, through a small terrace.
Open kitchen with dishwasher, big fridge, bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. There is also a video projector installed in the living room. 100Mbit Internet.
This flat is available for 5 months, from 1st of July 2019 to 1st of December 2019.
Perfekt situiert an einer ruhigen Strasse, umgeben von Parks und Spielplätzen. Zur Ring S-Bahn (S41, S42) und S47 zum Flughafen Schönefeld und zur U-Bahn (U8) sind es 10 Min. zu laufen. Our place is perfect for a small family or a couple, who are looking meanwhile for a more permanent solution. Also suitable for WG of two. The total price is WARM per month and includes internet.
Flat is furnished. We can remove the bed or some small furniture upon request. Cribs and other baby stuff in the fotos will go to the basement, but for families with small kids or babies, we are happy to leave anything that will be useful for the kids (crib, stroller and buggy, changing table, toys and bikes, a small pool for the summer, which can be used by adults as well). We also have two adult bikes which you can use.
