We're travelling for a while and therefore would like to sublease the apartment for 20 days for 650 Euros (all utilities included) + a deposit of 650 Euros refundable.
The apartment is 57m2 and is 2 mins walk from Templehof field which is perfect for relaxing under sun. The nearest U-bahn is Boddinstr. and is 4-5 mins walking. Several shops/restaurants/cafes are downstairs including a supermarket in front of the apartment.
The apartment is available for the exact dates from 10th May - 30th May (both included). Since the availability is limited, ammeldung is not allowed or possible. The place is perfect for temporary stays for holidays or if you're moving to Berlin to look for a more permanent place.
It is suitable for 2 people (a couple), has a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, a washing machine, plenty of space, table etc including all ameneties. So you'll just need to bring your clothes.
Finally, visits are possible upon request, just send a message if you're interested.
