I am offering my charming two room apartment in Berlin Neukölln for the time of 12.March until 24.March.
The flat has 52 qm, two floors (maisonette), bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, kitchen with fridge and cooking plate. You can use all kitchen machines (mixer, rice cooker...)
Living room is 18 qm with big sofa, flat-TV and desk/ dining table.
Bedroom is also 18 qm and has a big matress (180x200cm) and wardrobe.
All windows have view on the silent courtyard, the apartment is very light.
It also has fast Wi-Fi and is in the lively area between Neukölln and Kreuzberg, called “Kreuzkölln”.

Ich biete meine schöne 2 Zimmer Wohnung in Berlin Neukölln zur Zwischenmiete.
Zeitraum wäre vom 12.03.-24.03.2020
Die Wohnung befindet sich im ruhigen Seitenflügel 3. und 4. OG (Maisonette) und hat eine Gesamtfläche von 52qm.
Sie hat zwei gleich große Zimmer (je 18 qm) welche als Wohn und Schlafzimmer eingerichtet sind und genutzt werden.
Das Wohnzimmer hat ein großes Sofa, Flachbildschirm (mit Netflix und Internetzugang) und einen Arbeits- und Esstisch.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und bietet Kühlschrank und eine Kochplatte.
Alle Küchengeräte (u.a. Reiskocher, Mixer) können benutzt werden.
Das Bad mit Fenster hat eine Badewanne und Waschmaschine.
Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über eine große Matratze (180x200cm) und einen großen Kleiderschrank
Alle Fenster sind mit Blick in den ruhigen und begrünten Innenhof.
Es gibt schnelles W-Lan.

Its a very lively and central located Neigbourhood with lots of cafes, bars, clubs and a great and manifold food offer.
Big park Tempelhofer Feld ist 500 meters away.
Bus station is directly in front of the house (20 minutes to Hauptbahnhof/Main Station)
Metro station Hermannplatz is 5 minutes away (U7 and U8 to Alexanderplatz) and its 8 minutes to the Ringbahn.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden.
5 Minuten Fußweg zum U Hermannplatz (U7, U8 in 10 Min zum Alexanderplatz). Bus Station direkt vor der Tür.
(In ca. 20 Minuten ist man am Hauptbahnhof, in 8 Minuten am S Bahn Ring).
Das Tempelhofer Feld ist nur 500 Meter entfernt. 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Maybachufer/Markt.
Der Kiez ist sehr lebendig mit vielen Bars, Cafes, Clubs, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Gemüse und Obstläden sowie einem vielfältigen Essensangebot.

Eine Kaution von 200 Euro ist bei Schlüsselübergabe in bar zu übergeben (gegen Quittung) und wird bei Endabnahme wieder ausgehändigt.
