Unsere helle, schöne Altbauwohnung ist ideal für Familienleben mit Kindern in Berlin. Sie liegt im Schillerkiez, etwa 100m vom Tempelhofer Feld entfernt. Es gibt ein großes Schlafzimmer mit einem 2x2m-Bett und zwei Kinderzimmer mit je einem 1,40 m breiten Bett bzw. Hochbett. Auch ein Kinderbett kann genutzt werden. Es gibt 2 Badezimmer.
Die große, gut ausgestattete Wohnküche ist durch eine Flügeltür mit dem Wohnzimmer verbunden. Zwei sonnige Balkone nach Süden bzw. Südwesten. Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Es gibt einen Aufzug.
We are subletting our bright and spacious familiy appartment in one of the most exciting areas of Berlin Neukölln, very close to Tempelhofer Feld. Featuring a big eat-in kitchen, a livingroom with a huge sofa, a large bed (2x2m) in a quiet bedroom, two kids` rooms with a 1,40 m bed in each room (one is a loft bed) and two small sunny balconies.There are two bathrooms with one shower and one bathtub. Our 140m2 appartment guarantees families with small children a relaxed stay in the great city of Berlin.
Der Schillerkiez ist ein entspannter Kiez mit schönen Cafes und Bars, guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einem kleinen Wochenmarkt. Das Tempelhofer Feld, ein Flugplatz im Ruhestand, ist nur 100 m entfernt und bietet viel freie Fläche für Spaziergänge, Inlineskaten, Fahrradfahren, Joggen, Drachen steigen lassen, Kiten, Grillen... Auch die Hasenheide, ein großer Park mit viel Grün, und das Sommerbad Neukölln ist nur wenige Hundert Meter entfernt. Die nächste U-Bahnstation (Leinestraße) ist ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, die Anbindung ist mit der U8 und einigen Bussen sehr gut.
The apartment is located in the vibrant, relaxed Schillerkiez in Berlin-Neukölln with good shopping facilities, a variety of bars and restaurants and a small regional farmer's market each saturday.
It is less than two minutes to walk to the Tempelhofer Feld, a former airport, now great for jogging, biking, kiting or just enjoying the sun. The next U-Bahn station Leinestraße (U8) is about 7 minutes to walk.
