Hey there,
I am renting out my beautiful two-bedroom apartment in Neukölln, right to the border of Alt-Treptow and Kreuzberg.
The flat has two balconies, one of which (the bigger one) has sunlight up to six hours a day and is home to lots of plants. As the flat is very spacious (and has high ceilings:)), you can bring as much luggage as you want and enjoy the calm neighbourhood. The neighbourhood is mostly residential and very green (Görlitzer Parc, Treptower Parc and Maybachufer, with its flea market, just around the corner). But if you are up for a drink, food or dance, lots of nice bars and venues are only 5-10 minutes walking.
At the moment I am using one room as a living/dining room (with a big table) and the second room (with a cute view in the garden) for sleeping. But if you want to use them differently, I would be open for that.
If you like plants, its a plus, cause I am looking for someone (1-2 people:)), who can take care of them. Dates are somewhat flexible.
