Die Wohnung ist hell, geräumig und super gemütlich mit Süd-Ausrichtung.
Sie ist voll möbliert und ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht.
Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer. Das Bad ist klein aber fein und hat eine tolle große Dusche. Die Küche hat wirklich alles was man braucht + Sitzecke. Internet, Waschmaschine und so sind natürlich gerne auch mit zu benutzen, ist ja klar.

My flat is beautiful, roomy but cozy and bright with windows facing south.
It is fully furnished and comes with everything you might need.
Theres two rooms, a small bathroom and a kitchen. Prices includes everything like power, internet, cable fee and so on.
To me the most important thing is that you take good care of my stuff and treat my home with respect. I am looking for a friendly, responsible and tidy woman or a nice couple.

Die Wohnung liegt 5 Geh-Minuten vom Hermannplatz entfernt. Als gibt alles was man braucht in nächster Nähe: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Parks, Öffis, Bars etc.
Mir ist besonders wichtig, dass die Zwischenmieter/in respektvoll mit meinen Sachen umgeht und alles ordentlich und sauber übergibt. Also so wie man es sich auch selber wünschen würde :)
Ich vermiete an eine Einzelperson oder ein nettes Pärchen.
Ich vermiete für den gesamten Zeitraum.
