Das Wohnzimmer bietet ausreichend Platz für die Nutzung als Ess-, Wohn- und Arbeitsbereich und lässt viel natürliches Licht herein.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor, with 2 spacious rooms, a separate kitchen and a bathroom (with bathtub) connected by a hallway (with a built-in storage cupboard), and a south-facing balcony connected to the living room. The living room has enough space for use as a dining area, lounge area and office area, and lets in plenty of natural light.
Rent is currently 695€ per month (warm) with an unlimited contract.

Zu Fuß erreichbar von S-Bahn Sonnenallee und S-Bahn Treptower Park und mit regelmäßigen Busverbindungen zur U7 und U8. Der Landwehrkanal ist 4 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt und ein wunderschöner Ort, um den Sonnenuntergang bei einem Bier zu genießen oder sich einen Kaffee in den neu eröffneten Cafés und Geschäften in der Nähe zu holen, und der Treptower Park ist in der entgegengesetzten Richtung zu Fuß erreichbar.
In der Nähe befinden sich die Supermärkte Rewe, Aldi und Nahcity sowie der große Real-Supermarkt am Treptower Park und die Neukölln-Arkaden und die umliegende Einkaufsstraße.

Landwehr Canal is a 4-minute walk from the apartment, and a beautiful spot to take in the sunset with a beer, or pick up a coffee from the new cafés and shops opening nearby, and Treptower Park is within walking distance in the opposite direction.
Nearby, there are Rewe, Aldi and Nahcity supermarkets, as well as easy access to the large Real supermarket at Treptower Park, and Neukölln Arcade and the surrounding shopping street.
