Die Wohnung ist leider nicht WG-geeignet. Anmeldung kann ich für einen so kurzen Zeitraum nicht anbieten.
Superschöne, moderne 2-Zimmer-Wohnung komplett möbliert mit EBK, Waschmaschine, Vollbad und Balkon im Richardkiez.
Ich bin für den angegebenen Zeitraum unterwegs und vermiete solange meine Wohnung unter.
Es gibt ein großes, lichtdurchflutetes Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch, Sofa, TV und ein ebenfalls großzügiges Schlafzimmer, das auf eine ruhige Straße mit wenig Verkehr hinausgeht.
Falls du gerne länger schläfst, gibt es Verdunklungsjalousien.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Tellern, Besteck, Gläsern, Töpfen, Pfannen, French Press, Airfryer und Mixer.
Im Bad sind Handtücher vorhanden.
Das Gebäude verfügt über einen Aufzug.
U+S Bahn (Neukölln und Sonnenallee) sind in ca. 6min zu Fuß erreichbar.
Es ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung.
Bitte keine Parties.
Bitte nur Singles oder Paare, die Wohnung eignet sich nicht für Familien und WGs.

Spacious and modern 2 room apartment fully furnished with kitchen, washing machine, bathroom with bathtub and balcony in beautiful Richardkiez/Neukölln.
I‘ll be traveling and hence I‘m looking to sublet my beautiful apartment.
The bright big living room has a dining table, big comfy sofa and a TV. The spacious bedroom is really quiet and peaceful and faces a quiet street with almost no traffic. And it has blackout blinds so it stays dark if you’re someone who likes to sleep in.
Kitchen is fully equipped with plates, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans, french press, blender and airfryer, as well as spices and oils.
Towels can be provided.
I can also provide bedding and bedsheets.
The building has an elevator.
U + S Bahn (Neukölln and Sonnenallee) are a 6min walk.
It’s a non smoker apartment.
No parties.
The flat is not suitable for flatshares or families, therefore please only message me if you're a single person or a couple.
Im wunderschönen Richardkiez gelegen mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 5min zu Fuß entfernt (Penny). Ca 9-10min zu Fuß entfernt sind auch ein Real, Denn‘s, Rossmann, Netto.
S-Bahn Neukölln und Sonnenallee sind jeweils 6min zu Fuß entfernt, es fahren auch diverse Busse.
Für Neukölln ist die Lage sehr ruhig und grün, man hört die S-Bahn vorbeifahren, wenn das Fenster im Wohnzimmer offen ist, aber ansonsten wirklich sehr friedlich.
The apartment is located in beautiful Richardkiez in Neukölln. Despite it being Neukölln, it’s a very green and peaceful area with very limited noise from outside - if the windows are open in the living room and/or kitchen, you‘ll hear the S-Bahn but that’s basically all.
Supermarket (Penny) is a 5min walk, more options (real, denn‘s, Rossmann, Netto) are a 9-10min walk.
S Neukölln and Sonnenallee are each a 6min walk away and there are a number of buses.
