I have a 2 room, fully furnished and newly renovated apartment for rent. I am leaving my apartment for 3 months and would like a responsible person/ couple to look after it. My move-in date of Dec 18 is flexible and the move-out date of march 15th is also flexible. There is a brand-new kitchen with a dishwasher and washroom with a washing machine and all the kitchen supplies will be left in the kitchen for your use. It is a bright and sun-filled apartment even in Berlin's cloudy winters with a large balcony over-looking a quiet courtyard. I am asking for 950 cold per month (internet included) and gas and electricity will be separate. For electricity it is a flat 30 euros a month because i have a solar panel so costs are very low but for gas I will keep my contract and we will just read the meters at move in and move out. The kaution is also 1200E (all to be paid upon key hand-over). Please message me if you are interested and would like to have a viewing of the apartment in person or via videocall.
The apartment is right at S+U Hermannstrasse (150m) in Neukolln so you are well connected and because it is facing the courtyard and is newly renovated, you do not hear the noise outside
Anmeldung is possible :) and pets are allowed if we meet first. For pets the Kaution would be 2000 instead of 1500 euros.
