Die Wohnung ist super gelegen - in Neukölln direkt an U-Boddinstraße.
Sie befindet sich in einem saniertem Altbau im 3. Stockwerk und besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem großen, hellen Wohnzimmer. Die Wohnung hat einen Dielenboden, restaurierte Stuckelemente an der Decke und ist komplett möbliert (da ich sie zur Zwischenmiete untervermiete).
Perfekt geeignet für eine oder zwei Personen (keine WG). Für Kinder ist die Wohnung nicht geeignet. Bitte keine Haustiere. Alle Nebenkosten (Internet, Strom, Gas etc.) sind enthalten.

I'm subletting my 2-room apartment for 6 months (possibly longer).
The apartment is in a vibrant neighborhood - in Neukölln directly at U-Boddinstraße.
It is located in a renovated old building on the 3rd floor and consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a large, bright living room. The apartment has a plank floor, restored stucco elements on the ceiling, and is fully furnished (as I sublet it for interim rent).
Perfectly suited for one or a couple (no shared apartment). The apartment is not suitable for children. All utilities (internet, electricity, gas, etc.) are included. Please no pets.
Tempelhoferfeld/Hasenheide/Schillerkiez sind direkt um die Ecke und obwohl das Wohnzimmer (und der große Balkon) direkt zur Ecke Flughafenstr / Hermannstr rausgehen, bekommt man bei geschlossenem Fenster kaum etwas von dem Treiben draußen mit. Die nächste U-Bahn Station (U-Boddinstr U8), genau wie der nächste Supermarkt, ist nur 1 Minute entfernt.

Tempelhoferfeld/Hasenheide/Schillerkiez is just around the corner and although the living room (and the large balcony) go directly out to the corner Flughafenstr / Hermannstr, you hardly get anything of the hustle and bustle outside when the window is closed. The closest subway station (U-Boddinstr U8), just like the closest supermarket, is only 1 minute away.
