A nice furnished room in with a very nice flatmate.
Looking for someone responsible and neet who will fit the flat's environment.
Someone trustworthy.
The room is available for a short term from November 24 to mid-January (flexible).
The room: The room has everything you need for living, it's fully furnished, with bedsheets, towels, and more. It's big, spacious and well organized. There is a big sofa and work desk with a chair, you will have enough space for your clothes and belongings.
The kitchen: The kitchen is very comfortable and has all the equipment for cooking and eating, with a nice sitting area. We like to keep it clean and organized after we use it.
Toilets: There are two toilets and one bathtub in the flat, which we also keep clean and organized.
Important info: This room is adequate for one person only (no couples or pets).

Located right next to the canal and Weichselplatz. The flat is located in the Hinterhof so it's very quiet and calm and we want to keep it that way :)
In the area, you can find many cafes, restaurants, and a nice atmosphere.
The canal and a park are right across the building.
Bus: Five minutes walk from the flat you have different bus lines (104,171,194, M41, M29 and more) wich connect very easly to the S ringbahn (sonnenallee \ Treptower Park), S Ostkreuz, Potsdamer Platz, Hauptbahnhof, and other central places in Berlin.
Train: In 10 minutes walk you can take the U7 (Rathaus Neukölln) or 16 minutes walk to U8 (Hermannplatz \ Schönleinstraße)
We can do a virtual tour or arrange a pre-visit to see if the match is right.
Dates are flexible, but a minimum of a one-month stay is required (450 euros per 1 month).
