The flat is very quiet.
Induction cooktop, multifunction oven, fridge, freezer, French press coffee maker and toaster Kitchenaid, dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, and a dressing room where you can store all your clothes. Towels and Bedsheets are included.
The flat is in the trendy area of north Neukölln (also known as Kreuzkölln), 1 minute away from Weserstraße and Landwerkanal. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, parks around. The area is being transformed at the moment to become bike first area (Farhadstrasse) which will make it even nicer in the next few months. Best area in town.
The flat is rented fully furnished and equipped.
The 1300€ rent does not include any bills:
- Internet and Rundfund contracts can either be charged or transferred to the tenant.
- Electricity is not included. The whole flat runs on electricity, also heating. About 150€ / month.
- A cleaning lady service is available (15€ / hour).
Registration (Anmeldung) is of course possible.
